Support contractsSupport contracts are available at a yearly fee and entitles the customer to technical assistance and software updates. Please make sure to include information about your software version, license and a detailed problem description, preferably with a step-by-step instruction how to reproduce the problem. Complete and correct information will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible. We have a more detailed description how to generate log files and uploading large files. You can list your support tickets (based on the e-mail address used when creating the ticket) by creating an account in our helpdesk system. Software updatesSoftware updates are made available in our download section. License transfersWhen the hardware platform (and the hostid used for licensing) changes a new license key is needed. In order to receive a new license key a license transfer form needs to be completed, signed and sent to us by e-mail or fax. |
