Support contracts are available at a yearly fee and entitles the customer to technical assistance and software updates.

License transfers

When the hardware platform (and the hostid used for licensing) changes a new license key is needed. In order to receive a new license key a license transfer form needs to be completed, signed and sent to us by fax.
